Return Policies
1. Damaged/Defective: We are not be liable for carrier delays or damage during transportation. Defective Merchandise: We will replace or credit your account upon receipt of returned Merchandise. All defects must be reported to us via E-mail within two days from the date you receive the shipment. We will not accept any claim for defect after the two-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason. All defective returned items need to be in original package, or the credit will not be issued.
To return your Defective Merchandise send e-mail info@fashion-hair-jewelry.com within the 2 days after receipt date and ask for an RMA#. Please specify your name, company name, order/invoice number and item number. We will respond with a RMA# and shipping address. No returns will be accepted without an RMA# and/or after 14 days (All should be made within the 14-day period that includes contacting us for RMA# and the returned merchandise arriving at our warehouse). No credit will be issued without prior authorization of return.
2. Return: To avoid unnecessary return, be sure you have read and inquired all the product information before submitting your order. We do appreciate your cooperation. Please note that all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and sealed. We will not accept any claim for return after the two-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason.
To return your products send e-mail to info@fashion-hair-jewelry.com within two days upon receipt of and ask for an RMA#. Please specify your name, company name, order/invoice number and items you will return. We will respond with an RMA# and shipping address. After two days the return subject to $15.00 or 20% re-stocking fee which ever is greater, in addition to all applicable credit card fees and any other fees associated with. Shipping and handling are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No returns will be accepted without an RMA# and/or after 14 days (All action must be made within the 14-day period (that includes contacting us for RMA# and the returned merchandise arriving at our warehouse)). No credit will be issued without prior authorization of return.
3. Refusals: Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are subject to a $15.00 or 20% re-stocking charge which ever is greater, in addition to all applicable credit card fees and any fees associated with.
