    Delivery:
    We normally ship customer's orders within two business days of receipt of your order and payment. We close on Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order and a second E-mail with your shipping information including tracking numbers. After you place the order, you can expect E-mails from us during the entire week regarding your order status. Please check your e-mails often.
Domestic Orders Shipping:
1. All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS services within the United States if not instructed otherwise. UPS ground service may take 7 ~ 10 working days for delivery depends your shipping location. We have no control over UPS Carriers or other carriers suggested arrival times. We apologize for any inconvenience or delays caused, unfortunately we have no way of controlling such delays.
2. The shipping rate (Based on UPS Ground Shipping rate) will be calculated and added to your order. Customers will receive second email for confirming the shipping charges.
4. 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Please contact us with your order numbers right after check out. 5. No P.O. Box and APO/FPO address please!!
6. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Bahamas. Please expect few more days for your orders to be delivered.
7. For rush orders please contact us, an additional charge may apply.
8. Orders placed on Monday ~ Friday (before 12.00PM) usually take 2 business days (Monday through Friday) to process, before shipping.

International Orders Shipping:
1. Outside of U.S., all packages are shipped via U.S. Mail. Postal rates are much higher than above chart and are based on the total weight of the final package. Let us know what items you are interested in ordering, what country we are shipping to, and we'll give you a free quote.
2. We have no control over Postal Carriers, Customs or suggested arrival times. Although the U.S. Postal Service quotes air mail arrival within 7 to 14 days, it may take as long as 9 to 21 days, depending on your Country's Customs Officials and postal routes. The price difference between air and ground rate only guarantees the time of arrival to the shipping country's postal system. We apologize for any inconvenience or delays caused by this process, unfortunately we have no way of controlling such delays.

Return Policies
1. Damaged/Defective: We are not be liable for carrier delays or damage during transportation. Defective Merchandise: We will replace or credit your account upon receipt of returned Merchandise. All defects must be reported to us via E-mail within two days from the date you receive the shipment. We will not accept any claim for defect after the two-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason. All defective returned items need to be in original package, or the credit will not be issued.
To return your Defective Merchandise send e-mail info@fashion-hair-jewelry.com within the 2 days after receipt date and ask for an RMA#. Please specify your name, company name, order/invoice number and item number. We will respond with a RMA# and shipping address. No returns will be accepted without an RMA# and/or after 14 days (All should be made within the 14-day period that includes contacting us for RMA# and the returned merchandise arriving at our warehouse). No credit will be issued without prior authorization of return.

2. Return: To avoid unnecessary return, be sure you have read and inquired all the product information before submitting your order. We do appreciate your cooperation. Please note that all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and sealed. We will not accept any claim for return after the two-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason.
